TGIF

Got to play a little yesterday. I was supposed to be at the Shoppe (for the Crop) but with all the snow we got I wasn't able to get off the yard! But I did manage to get a little done here.

I'm finding I have to make a conscious effort to use a colored backround. Hey... grey always works right?

I'm using text a lot more as an actual element on my page more too. Play with it... moving it around... and here, putting it all the way to the side and cutting off the excess. All these little embellishments here in my room, and gosh if I know how to use them!

And punched out circles ala Ali yesterday. Have wanted to do that for a long time... finally did.
But... on to today. At last a nice day. Well... nice being -7. Roads are good, so I got off the yard today! Would've been better if I made it off yesterday, but oh well.

Tidying up my studio again. I'm always moving things around. Never finding the PERFECT place for things. Put my Bazzill Chips in jars, put my Heidi Swapp Tape in a basket... need to get a bulletin board tomorrow.

Still waiting for the packages with the May kit stuff! A good mother's day themed one. There should be a project kit that month too. Yah!

Got some new cards up. Still working on the March card sets. Hopefully they'll be up this coming week.

Got a Scrapbooking 101 class tomorrow. Looking forward to that again.

Hoping to play a little tonight. I was hoping to get the new Chatterbox, Basic Grey and Scenic Route today, but I guess with our snowstorm the other day it'll only get here on Monday. Oh well... better late than never.

Should be making another order tomorrow. Arctic Frog is on the way!
