Wednesday Ramblings
Man... I am not good at updating this thing. I think because the computer is so much of my work I enjoy not being on it when I'm "off the clock". But here's some updates...
- more pricing, more stuff.
- Super Scrap Day date to be announced in the next day or two.
- newsletter should go out in the next day or two as well.
- February Card Class will be this Monday @ 1pm.... 8 Valentine's cards... only $12 ($10 for Scrapper Card Holders/Members)
- lots of stuff to do (party planning, new kits to send out, two newsletters to do, packages to mail, etc.)
- start on Derek's Valentines gift
Molly's having some trouble with her counting by 5's and 10's so yesterday we made some flash cards. You know me... anything to get a craft in.
Trying to put a picture in here... not working... don't have time to fight... gotta get to the store.
Pulled three people out of the snow here (including myself, because I was trying to pull someone else out)!
So much to do. Don't know when I'm going to do it.
Yesterday on my way to town (on the highway) I saw Mr. Isaac driving in front of me. My high school Bio teacher. Still teaching. Still driving in from the city (1.5 hr drive) every day. Still looking exactly the same. The wild grey hair. The glasses. The beard. I loved that guy. I loved Bio. The canned animals on his shelf (really... preserved piggies and everything)... like something out of the CSI lab. He didn't teach from a textbook. He was the textbook. When he spoke he'd show no expression... none. It was our personal goal in school to make him smile. Everytime we'd see him in the hall we'd say hi, ask how he was doing... something to crack the shell. I really liked him. A great person. A great teacher.
Wow... I ramble!
